Ice Cream: Nutella Whipped Cream Ice Cream
The perfect ice cream: nutella whipped cream ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Nutella ice cream
- 300 g Nutella
- 250 ml Cream
- 150 ml Vanilla yogurt
- 1 Egg yolk
- 20 ml Mozart liqueur
Decoration
- Chocolate sauce
- Chocolate shavings
- Waffle cup
- Mozart liqueur
Ice cream preparation
- Mix nutella with yoghurt – add egg yolk and mozart liqueur – whip the cream with the Steiff – add the nutella mixture to the cream and mix again
Freeze and portion
- Fill the ice cream mixture into the ice cream machine and let it freeze for 25 – 30 minutes – then serve the ice cream mixture immediately or fill it in small portions and put it in the freezer …. so you always have ready-made, elegant portions to hand when guests come …
serve and decorate
- Take the ice cream portions out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving and push them out of the molds – decorate the plates with chocolate sauce – add some chocolate chips – fill the mozart liqueur in the waffle cups and serve
