Vegan: Carrots – Rice – Pan with Basil

The perfect vegan: carrots – rice – pan with basil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Cooked rice
  • 1 piece Cut onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 piece Grated carrots
  • 1 Cup Homemade vegetable broth
  1. Peel the onion and toss in the oil. Then add the grated carrots, sear a little and add the broth, let it simmer for about 3 minutes, then add the cooked rice and stir everything well and refine with the spices of your choice.
  2. As part of a special diet, I had to do without spices in this dish, only a little seasoning with some of my vegetable salt was in it.
  3. The whole thing then gets a good load of cut basil.
