Creamy Curd Soup with Mango Mirror

The perfect creamy curd soup with mango mirror recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Mango
  • 200 g Potting
  • Cream to taste
  • Elderflower syrup to taste
  • Grated tonka beans
  1. The curd cheese with the cream (add as much cream until the desired consistency is reached, if you want it less “sinful”, you can exchange part of the cream for milk, but change the taste enormously !!!!) loosely and stir with Season to taste with elderflower syrup and tonka bean. Then put in a cool place.
  2. Peel the mango and puree the pulp.
