Melon with Spaghetti
The perfect melon with spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Spaghetti
- 0,5 Galia melon
- 3 Tomatoes
- 0,5 Onion red
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 0,5 Handful Arugula chopped
- 2 tablespoon Habanero – oil from my KB or another one
- 50 g Buffalo mozzarella
- Salt
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Core and divide the melon.
- Cut one half into large pieces, peel and set aside.
- Cut the other half into small pieces, peel it and put the tomatoes and onion in a tall container. Add a little salt and puree. Put aside.
- Fry the melon cut into pieces in a pan without fat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the melon pieces and add the pureed melon to the pan and heat briefly.
- Put the pasta and the melon pieces on a plate. Add the melon sauce, the habanero oil, the mozzarella and the rocket.
- Season to taste with salt.
