Rocket Spaghetti
The perfect rocket spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 300 g Spaghetti
- Salt

- 300 g Turkey fillet
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 ml Water
- 200 g Cream
- 150 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 100 g Arugula
- 12 Cocktail tomatoes

- Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, drain and drain.

- Wash turkey breast, dab into cubes and fry in hot oil.
- Peel the garlic, chop it, add it to the turkey fillet and fry briefly, remove and keep warm.
- Deglaze the meat with the water and cream, add the cream cheese and stir well
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer a little
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters, washed and cleaned rocket.
- Put the meat and tomatoes in the sauce, heat everything again.
- Now mix the spaghetti with the sauce and the rocket, arrange on a plate and serve.
