Rocket Spaghetti

The perfect rocket spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • Salt

sauce

  • 300 g Turkey fillet
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 ml Water
  • 200 g Cream
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 12 Cocktail tomatoes

  1. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, drain and drain.

  1. Wash turkey breast, dab into cubes and fry in hot oil.
  2. Peel the garlic, chop it, add it to the turkey fillet and fry briefly, remove and keep warm.
  3. Deglaze the meat with the water and cream, add the cream cheese and stir well
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer a little
  5. Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters, washed and cleaned rocket.
  6. Put the meat and tomatoes in the sauce, heat everything again.
  7. Now mix the spaghetti with the sauce and the rocket, arrange on a plate and serve.
