Ingredients

  • 220 g Spaghetti
  • Olive oil, sunflower oil
  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 3 handful Arugula
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Spices to taste
  • 1 glass Prosecco of your choice
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion

Instructions

  • You can see all the preparation steps there ... the recipe is super easy, quick and tastes really wonderful! Preparation steps: sauté the onion in oil while adding the spaghetti to the boiling water. Now add the prawns and garlic to the pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  • With the Prosecco everything is extinguished, now it can be seasoned!
  • Finally, just add the cherry tomatoes and half of the rocket. (The rest of the rocket will later be placed fresh on the plate as a garnish) As soon as the spaghetti is ready and drained, you lift it into the sauce so that it absorbs it. Bon appetit! 🙂
