King Oyster Ham Pan
The perfect king oyster ham pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Cream
- 300 g King oyster mushrooms
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 ml Semi-Dry white wine
- Cut the mushrooms into large cubes, as well as the ham
- Sweat the onion, then add the diced ham, stirring constantly
- when it starts to stew, deglaze with a large sip of wine
- Add crushed and then finely diced clove of garlic
- Stew the mushrooms in and stir constantly, if it gets too dry, add wine
- After about 10 minutes, stir in the cream and let it thicken a little
- to enjoy with pasta (here risoni), rice as a main course with baguette as a snack
