Tuna Ragout pimped
The perfect tuna ragout pimped recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Zucchini
- 400 g Mushrooms
- Chopped tomato preserve
- Tomato paste
- 2 Onions
- 2 Cans Tuna canned in oil
- 2 Cans Drained canned tuna
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper paprika
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 Squeezed lemon
- Oregano
preparation
- Finely dice the onions, cut the zucchinis into slices and then quarter them, drain the oil from the tuna in a saucepan, remove the stalks from the mushrooms and chop them, cut the mushroom heads into slices
preparation
- Sweat onions in tuna oil plus olive oil
- Put the mushrooms in the pot and braise them with them
- Add zucchini and stew for another 3 minutes
- Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the tomatoes
- Mash the tuna into small pieces and add to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes
- Season to taste with the spices and lemon juice
- Serve hot with pasta, rice or just with rolls / baguettes as a snack
