- 150 g King oyster mushrooms
- 100 g Crumbled feta
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 200 ml Tomatoes happened
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Colorful pepper
- Chopped basil
- Today something quick for lunch ..))))) had leftover feta cheese and tomato leftovers … everything has to go: :)))))
- Clean the ropes .. cut lengthways into thin slices …..
- shallots …. peel and cut into large cubes …
- Wash and quarter tomatoes …..
- Heat the oil in ….. Fry the shallots and the mushrooms …
- Add the feta and tomatoes …. sauté briefly …..
- Add the tomatoes and the feta ….. Let simmer for about 10 – 15 minutes
- Season well with salt and pepper ….. fold in the basil ….
- Serve …… The sauce was nice and creamy from the feta … mmmmmmmh ……
- We only had one roll with it .. was enough …..
