Ingredients
 

  • 150 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 100 g Crumbled Feta
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 200 ml Strained tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Colorful pepper
  • Chopped basil

Instructions
 

  • Today something quick for lunch ..))))) had leftover feta cheese and tomato leftovers ... everything has to go: :)))))
  • Clean the ropes .. cut lengthways into thin slices .....
  • shallots .... peel and cut into large cubes ...
  • Wash and quarter tomatoes .....
  • Heat the oil in ..... Fry the shallots and the mushrooms ...
  • Add the feta and tomatoes .... sauté briefly .....
  • Add the tomatoes and the feta ..... Let simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes
  • Season well with salt and pepper ..... fold in the basil ....
  • Serve ...... The sauce was nice and creamy from the feta ... mmmmmmmh ......
  • We only had one roll with it .. was enough .....
