Ingredients
- 150 g King oyster mushrooms
- 100 g Crumbled Feta
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 200 ml Strained tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Colorful pepper
- Chopped basil
Instructions
- Today something quick for lunch ..))))) had leftover feta cheese and tomato leftovers ... everything has to go: :)))))
- Clean the ropes .. cut lengthways into thin slices .....
- shallots .... peel and cut into large cubes ...
- Wash and quarter tomatoes .....
- Heat the oil in ..... Fry the shallots and the mushrooms ...
- Add the feta and tomatoes .... sauté briefly .....
- Add the tomatoes and the feta ..... Let simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes
- Season well with salt and pepper ..... fold in the basil ....
- Serve ...... The sauce was nice and creamy from the feta ... mmmmmmmh ......
- We only had one roll with it .. was enough .....
