King Oyster Ham Pan

The perfect king oyster ham pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 300 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g Boiled ham
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 ml Semi-Dry white wine
  1. Cut the mushrooms into large cubes, as well as the ham
  2. Sweat the onion, then add the diced ham, stirring constantly
  3. when it starts to stew, deglaze with a large sip of wine
  4. Add crushed and then finely diced clove of garlic
  5. Stew the mushrooms in and stir constantly, if it gets too dry, add wine
  6. After about 10 minutes, stir in the cream and let it thicken a little
  7. to enjoy with pasta (here risoni), rice as a main course with baguette as a snack
