Cupavci (coconut Cubes)

dough

  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Oil
  • 200 ml Milk

sauce

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 100 g Block chocolate
  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow. Mix the remaining ingredients well and carefully fold in the egg white. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let the dough cool down and then cut into cubes.
  2. Melt the milk, sugar, block chocolate and butter and stir well. Put one cube at a time in the chocolate mass (until the cube is covered with chocolate on all 4 sides) and then turn in desiccated coconut!
