Cupavci (coconut Cubes)
The perfect cupavci (coconut cubes) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 250 g Sugar
- 150 ml Oil
- 200 ml Milk
sauce
- 200 ml Milk
- 250 g Sugar
- 100 g Block chocolate
- 150 g Butter
- 200 g Desiccated coconut
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow. Mix the remaining ingredients well and carefully fold in the egg white. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let the dough cool down and then cut into cubes.
- Melt the milk, sugar, block chocolate and butter and stir well. Put one cube at a time in the chocolate mass (until the cube is covered with chocolate on all 4 sides) and then turn in desiccated coconut!
