Ingredients
- 300 g Puff pastry roll
- 1 kg Fresh onion
- 150 g Kat ham finely diced
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 2 a cup Sour cream
- 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Food starch
- 100 ml Milk
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Peel off the onions and cut into fine rings. Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Fry the onion rings with the diced ham in it. Allow to cool slightly.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Unwrap the puff pastry, place it on a baking sheet (as it is, including the paper) and prick it several times with a fork. I put a baking frame on it so that the topping doesn't come apart.
- Mix the sour cream, sour cream and eggs together well. Stir cornstarch into milk and add. Now fold in the onion mixture. Season everything with salt and pepper and spread on the dough. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
