Mediterranean Herbal Quark

The perfect mediterranean herbal quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt greek
  • 1 Thyme stalk
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 1 Rosemary stalk
  • 5 Sage leaves
  • 0,5 tablespoon Arugula
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2,5 tablespoon Roasted and salted macadamia nuts
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar, or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  1. Mix the quark with the yogurt.
  2. Chop the macadamia and add to the quark. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stem and add to the quark.
  3. Chop the remaining herbs and garlic with a chopping knife and add to the quark. Cut the spring onion stick into rings and add to the quark.
  4. Add the olive oil, paprika and vinegar and mix well.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. I had stone oven rolls with it.
