Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt greek
  • 1 Thyme stalk
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 1 Rosemary stalk
  • 5 Sage leaves
  • 0,5 tablespoon Arugula
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2,5 tablespoon Roasted and salted macadamia nuts
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar, or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 Spring onion stick

Instructions
 

  • Mix the quark with the yogurt.
  • Chop the macadamia and add to the quark. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stem and add to the quark.
  • Chop the remaining herbs and garlic with a chopping knife and add to the quark. Cut the spring onion stick into rings and add to the quark.
  • Add the olive oil, paprika and vinegar and mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • I had stone oven rolls with it.
