Ingredients
- 250 g Quark double cream
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt greek
- 1 Thyme stalk
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1 Rosemary stalk
- 5 Sage leaves
- 0,5 tablespoon Arugula
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2,5 tablespoon Roasted and salted macadamia nuts
- 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar, or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Green pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 1 Spring onion stick
Instructions
- Mix the quark with the yogurt.
- Chop the macadamia and add to the quark. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stem and add to the quark.
- Chop the remaining herbs and garlic with a chopping knife and add to the quark. Cut the spring onion stick into rings and add to the quark.
- Add the olive oil, paprika and vinegar and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- I had stone oven rolls with it.
