Balsamic Linguine
The perfect balsamic linguine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Linguine
- 300 g Onion red
- 15 piece Dried tomatoes
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the linguins in salted water until al dente.
- Cut the onions and tomatoes into fine strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly.
- Deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Switch off the hotplate. Let the pan stand covered for 4-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Fold the pasta into the mixture.
