Balsamic Linguine

The perfect balsamic linguine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Linguine
  • 300 g Onion red
  • 15 piece Dried tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the linguins in salted water until al dente.
  1. Cut the onions and tomatoes into fine strips.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly.
  1. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Switch off the hotplate. Let the pan stand covered for 4-5 minutes.
  1. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the pasta into the mixture.
