  • 275 g Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and cut into squares or diamonds
  3. Place the squares on a baking sheet with the parchment paper
  4. Put the egg in a bowl and whisk and brush the squares with it
  5. Sprinkle with sugar as desired,
  6. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the biscuits until golden brown for 15 minutes
  7. Tip 7: it is best to stick with it for the entire baking time, as the biscuits darken very quickly
