Puff Pastry Biscuits

- 275 g Puff pastry
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and cut into squares or diamonds
- Place the squares on a baking sheet with the parchment paper
- Put the egg in a bowl and whisk and brush the squares with it
- Sprinkle with sugar as desired,
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the biscuits until golden brown for 15 minutes
- Tip 7: it is best to stick with it for the entire baking time, as the biscuits darken very quickly
