  • 275 g Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and cut into squares or diamonds
  • Place the squares on a baking sheet with the parchment paper
  • Put the egg in a bowl and whisk and brush the squares with it
  • Sprinkle with sugar as desired,
  • Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the biscuits until golden brown for 15 minutes
  • Tip 7: it is best to stick with it for the entire baking time, as the biscuits darken very quickly
