Salami Chocolates in Lamb’s Lettuce Bed
The perfect salami chocolates in lamb’s lettuce bed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 80 g Brunch paprika chili peppers
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 10 piece Capers
- 10 piece Breadcrumbs
- 2 Discs Crispbread
- 1 packet Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 packet Balsamic cream
- 1 packet Apple cider vinegar
- 1 packet Sunflower oil
- 1 packet Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
preparation
- Cut the salami into the smallest cubes – cut the capers into the smallest cubes – cut the half of the paprika into the smallest cubes, the other half into strips for the decoration prepare later – wash the lettuce and spin dry
Prepare salami pralines
- Put finely diced salami, paprika and capers in a bowl – add the brunch paprika and mix everything together well – seasoning is not necessary as the salami and the curd are well seasoned anyway – if the mixture is too moist, just add some breadcrumbs – from this mixture now cut out small pieces with a spoon and shape them into small round balls in your hand
dressing
- Put all the ingredients for the dressing in the dressing bottle, close it and shake vigorously so that everything emulsifies well
completion
- Mix the lamb’s lettuce in a bowl with the dressing – roll the salami pralines in the crispbread crumbs (this should only be done shortly before serving, otherwise the crispbread crust will lose its crispy consistency!) – spread the salad on the plates and add the salami pralines and the pepper strips – with decorate balsamic cream
