Lamb’s Lettuce on Camembert with Fruity Note

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 packet Salad coronation 7 herbs
  • 1 Camembert e.g. Bonbel
  • 3 Physalis, grape

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce, spin dry and distribute on the plates. Cut the orange / orange into 3 thick slices, remove the peel, quarter and add to the lamb's lettuce.
  • Slice the camembert and place on the plate in equal proportions with the lamb's lettuce. Add one physalis and one grape each (can also be more fruit).
  • Mix the Salad Krönung according to the instructions on the packet and pour over the salad. Squeeze the juice out of the orange ends and pour it over the lamb's lettuce as well.
