Fruity Leaf Salad with Rhubarb Dressing

The perfect fruity leaf salad with rhubarb dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Panicles Currants fresh
  • 1 a cup Mozzarella minis
  • 1 pole Rhubarb fresh, small
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the rhubarb, cut into pieces, blanch and drain for approx. 2 minutes, cut the onions into cubes. Puree the dressing ingredients with the hand blender.
  1. Clean and wash the lettuce and place on a plate. Spread the mini mozzarella ball over it, sort the currants, wash and spread on top.
  1. Pour the dressing over the whole thing
