- 250 g Flour
- 2 pinch Salt
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 40 ml Sunflower oil
- 100 ml Milk
- Water
- 8 disc Goat cheese
- Parsely
- Oil
- Knead a dough out of flour, salt, baking powder, oil and milk, adding enough water (approx. 2 tablespoons) to make a smooth dough.
- Divide this into 8 parts, shape into balls and roll them out flat.
- Place the goat cheese in the middle, tear up some parsley and place on top. Then fold the dough over it and press it down a little (again with the rolling pin over it).
- Place with the folded side down on a baking sheet and brush with a little oil.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
