Snack: Goat Cheese Dumplings

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 40 ml Sunflower oil
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Water
  • 8 disc Goat cheese
  • Parsely
  • Oil
  1. Knead a dough out of flour, salt, baking powder, oil and milk, adding enough water (approx. 2 tablespoons) to make a smooth dough.
  2. Divide this into 8 parts, shape into balls and roll them out flat.
  3. Place the goat cheese in the middle, tear up some parsley and place on top. Then fold the dough over it and press it down a little (again with the rolling pin over it).
  4. Place with the folded side down on a baking sheet and brush with a little oil.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
