Vegan: Seitan – Pan with Three Side Dishes
The perfect vegan: seitan – pan with three side dishes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the side dish
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 packet Coconut cream
- 1 packet Vegetable salt
- 1 packet Freshly ground pepper
- 1 packet Olive oil
- 2 size Potatoes
- 3 medium sized Carrots
- 1 middle Broccoli
- 2 tbsp My vegetable salt
- Water
- Cut the seitan into narrow strips and sear them in hot olive oil. Then add the cut leek and then the red bell pepper cut into small pieces, toss everything well. To round it off, stir in the coconut cream and season to taste with the spices.
To the supplement
- Peel and Wash Potatoes – Peel and wash the carrots (if necessary) and wash and divide the broccoli.
- Bring the potatoes with the carrots and the broccoli stalk to the boil and add the broccoli florets about 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time … so that they stay nice and green 🙂
Serving
- Put everything on preheated plates and enjoy
