  • 1 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 3 piece Fresh carrots
  • 3 piece Fresh potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 1 handful Parsely
  1. Peel, wash and dice the kohlrabi – Peel, wash and dice the potatoes – Peel, wash and dice the carrots.
  2. Put the vegetable cubes in a saucepan, add the vegetable salt, fill up with water and bring to the boil.
  3. Cook the whole thing and add the cut kohlrabi green about 5 minutes before the end of cooking and cook with it.
