Rice Pan with Fresh Vegetables and Sucuk

- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Zucchini
- 50 g Tomatoes
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 ring Sucuk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Paprika powder
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Oil
- Peel and dice the onions and sauté them in the oil with the sliced carrot, add the rice, pour the vegetable stock over them and cook in a closed saucepan for approx. 20 minutes.
- Wash and dice the peppers, wash and dice the zucchini, cut the spring onions into rings and sauté everything in the oil, cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the tomatoes and sucuk and cook with the remaining vegetables, add the pizza tomatoes , season everything with salt, pepper, chilli, paprika powder, oregano and thyme.
- Add the rice to the vegetables, mix well, stir-fry everything again for 2-3 minutes and serve.
