Hack Savoy Cabbage Casserole

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 500 g Wirsinkohl
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • Vegetable broth

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  3. Peel the other onion and garlic into cubes and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs and fry until crumbly.
  4. Drain the potatoes, mix with the minced meat and place everything on the cabbage, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 30 minutes.
