Hack Savoy Cabbage Casserole

- 500 g Minced meat
- 500 g Wirsinkohl
- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Vegetable broth
- 1 a cup Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- Caraway seeds
- Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them almost cooked in the vegetable stock.
