Party Pot
The perfect party pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Pork goulash
- 1 kg Minced meat
- 500 g Onions
- 500 g Peppers
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 6 Cans Kidney beans
- 2 Cans Giant white beans
- 2 Chili peppers
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 a cup Cream
- 2 El Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Oil
- Sear the goulash in the oil, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, dust with the flour, deglaze the vegetable stock and cook for about 1 hour.
- Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, peel and dice the onions and garlic cloves, clean and dice the peppers, cut the chilli peppers very finely and sauté everything in the minced meat, stir in the tomato paste, season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder and go with the goulash give.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and place in the party pot, cook for about 5 minutes, then add the drained beans and cream, let everything get hot and serve.
