Pan-fried Vegetables on Rocket in Gorgonzola

The perfect pan-fried vegetables on rocket in gorgonzola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 250 g Mushrooms brown
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 Handful Arugula
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried basil
  • Oil
  1. Cut the carrots and kohlrabi into slices or cubes and cook them almost cooked in the vegetable stock.
  2. Wash and dice the zucchini, peel and dice the onion, cut the spring onions into rings, clean and dice the bell peppers and sauté everything in the oil.
  3. Drain the carrots and kohlrabi and add to the vegetables.
  4. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, cut the tomatoes in half, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, basil and thyme, and cook for about 5 minutes in the remaining vegetables.
  5. Crumble the Gorgonzola, let it melt and serve the pan of vegetables on the plate decorated with rocket and bread.
