Tabouleh with Black Quinoa

The perfect tabouleh with black quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Quinoa black
  • 40 g Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 250 g Cherry date tomatoes
  • 1 Red onion, diced
  • 2,5 tablespoon Dark balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 Orange peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Hot pepper
  • Orange pepper salt
  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the quinoa.
  3. Season to taste with orange pepper salt from my KB.
  4. I had Bulgarian sheep cheese with it.
