Turkish Cheese Spread

- Shepherd cheese – feta cheese
- Yogurt
- Dried marjoram
- Dried dill
- Dried parsley
- Paprika mark
- Ajvar spicy
- Garlic cloves pressed
- Salt to taste
- Chilli to taste
- Sweet peppers to taste
- Hot pepper to taste
- CAUTION! ALL INFORMATION ABOUT INGREDIENTS QUANTITY – ARE ONLY APPROXIMATtbspY! DEPENDING ON THE TASTE AND CONSISTENCY OF THE SHEPHERD’S CHEESE / FETA AND THE YOGURT, IT MAY BE DIFFERENT! Crumble the cheese into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add yoghurt (better by spoonfuls – then stir to see if it has the right consistency of cheese spread) Now stir in the spices, salt, garlic, paprika pulp and ajvar. Finished 🙂 ! The amount is for at least 2 families! You can cut the amount in half. Or give away like me 🙂
