Baking: Sesame Balls

  • 500 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 0,5 piece Yeast cubes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Melt butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Tahini
  • 1 Protein
  • Sesame
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Put the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast mixture, salt, sugar, oil, butter and egg and mix everything together thoroughly. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then divide it into 12 parts. Shape each part into a ball, press it flat, put 1 teaspoon of tahini in the middle, carefully squeeze it again and shape it back into a ball.
  3. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Then cut crosswise, brush with lightly beaten egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 190 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
