Baking: Sesame Balls

- 500 g Flour
- 100 ml Milk lukewarm
- 0,5 piece Yeast cubes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 100 ml Sunflower oil
- 100 g Melt butter
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Tahini
- 1 Protein
- Sesame
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Put the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast mixture, salt, sugar, oil, butter and egg and mix everything together thoroughly. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Then divide it into 12 parts. Shape each part into a ball, press it flat, put 1 teaspoon of tahini in the middle, carefully squeeze it again and shape it back into a ball.
- Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Then cut crosswise, brush with lightly beaten egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 190 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
