Sesame Mozzarella Balls
The perfect sesame mozzarella balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Mozzarella minis
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- 2 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Drain the mozzarella balls. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden yellow and allow to cool.
- Mix the rice syrup (or liquid honey) with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and turn the mozzarella balls first in it, then in the sesame seeds. Arrange sesame mozzarella balls on lettuce or rocket and drizzle with dressing, or serve pure as a snack.
