Curry with Apples

The perfect curry with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Meat fresh
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Leek
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 0,125 l Broth
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Divide the meat into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with soy sauce and sugar for about 1 hour.
  2. Clean the leek and cut into slices. Peel the apple and cut into fine pieces.
  3. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in a pan with a little oil. Take out and keep warm.
  4. Roast the curry and coriander in a little oil, add the leek and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the marinade, apple pieces and stock to the leek and cook for 2 minutes. Add the meat and warm over a medium heat for about 1 minute, then season with salt and pepper.
