The perfect fish: cod fillet with potato wedges …. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sauce:
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper
- 2 Msp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying
- 0,5 size Lemon, juice
- 2 Msp Lemon pepper
- 1,5 tbsp Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
- 0,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 500 ml Water
- Aside from that:
- Frozen potato wedges
- Oil for frying
- Rinse the fish fillet under cold water and pat dry. Season with lemon pepper and salt, turn in flour and fry all over in hot oil.
- In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan, sweat a tablespoon of flour in it and add the water. Then stir in the broth powder and season with salt, lemon juice and lemon pepper.
- Prepare the frozen potato wedges according to the instructions on the package. Serve the cod fillet with the potato wedges and the sauce!
