Fish: Cod Fillet with Potato Wedges ….

The perfect fish: cod fillet with potato wedges …. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the sauce:

  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper
  • 2 Msp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying
  • 0,5 size Lemon, juice
  • 2 Msp Lemon pepper
  • 1,5 tbsp Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 0,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 500 ml Water
  • Aside from that:
  • Frozen potato wedges
  • Oil for frying
  1. Rinse the fish fillet under cold water and pat dry. Season with lemon pepper and salt, turn in flour and fry all over in hot oil.
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan, sweat a tablespoon of flour in it and add the water. Then stir in the broth powder and season with salt, lemon juice and lemon pepper.
  3. Prepare the frozen potato wedges according to the instructions on the package. Serve the cod fillet with the potato wedges and the sauce!
