Curry with Apples
The perfect curry with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Meat fresh
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 g Leek
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 0,125 l Broth
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Divide the meat into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with soy sauce and sugar for about 1 hour.
- Clean the leek and cut into slices. Peel the apple and cut into fine pieces.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in a pan with a little oil. Take out and keep warm.
- Roast the curry and coriander in a little oil, add the leek and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the marinade, apple pieces and stock to the leek and cook for 2 minutes. Add the meat and warm over a medium heat for about 1 minute, then season with salt and pepper.
