Rice Noodle Salad

The perfect rice noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Spring onion with tuber
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoon Asia sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger syrup
  • 4 Colorful mini peppers
  • 1 Juice orange

Pasta

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and onion into rings, cut the carrot into slices. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice and a tablespoon of coriander leaves to the pasta and mix.

Ground beef

  1. Fry the minced meat with the tomato paste until crumbly.
  2. Add the juice of the orange, the curry paste and the Asia sauce. Briefly continue frying. Take the pan off the heat, add the ginger syrup and let it cool.

  1. Add the minced meat to the noodles, mix and let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with a little Asian sauce.
