- 16 piece Yufka pastry sheets approx. 15x20cm
- 150 g Goat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 3 tbsp Liquid butter
- 1 Egg yolk
- Mix the walnuts and honey.
- 8 Brush the pastry sheets with butter. Place the remaining 8 sheets on top.
- Place a dollop of cream cheese on top of each of the leaves and some of the nut-honey mixture (about a third).
- Brush the edges with whisked egg yolks, fold them up and brush the surface with egg yolks.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve lukewarm (this is how they taste best) or cold.
