- 200 ml Vodka
- 50 ml White rum with coconut
- 50 g Cane sugar
fruit
- 150 g Fresh cranberries
- 50 ml Water
- 50 g Cane sugar
- 1 piece Fresh lime
- 0,25 piece Vanilla pod
preparation
- Wash the cranberries and soak them several times … Wash, peel and fillet the lime … Cut open the vanilla pod
Manufacturing
- Boil the water with sugar and cranberries for about 3 minutes … Briefly simmer the lime fillets and zest as well as the vanilla pod (about 1 minute) … Fill an airtight, sealable glass vessel with vodka, rock sugar and fruit mixture and close it
