Strawberry Lolly

The perfect strawberry lolly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 bottle Eisfix chocolate
  • 1 bottle Eisfix caramel
  • 1 piece Apple
  • Shish kebab skewers
  1. DO NOT wash the strawberries, picked them yourself, only the most beautiful ones go into the basket anyway. Cut off the small rosette of leaves so that the strawberry is still closed on top. Pierce the shortened kebab skewer there. Put on a tray or plate and park in the freezer for 5 hours.
  2. When the strawberries are frozen, the skewer firm, pour the sauces into small bowls and serve with them. The nice thing about this sauce is that it only solidifies on frozen food.
  3. To present, I wrapped an apple in a napkin, then put it in a bowl and put the strawberry skewers there.
  4. A tasty and cool affair.
  5. Tonight, the apple will be plastered with dinner. 🙂
