Mars Cake
The perfect mars cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
cake
- 1 packet Caramel chocolate bars from Good and Cheap
- 1 Viennese cake base dark
- 800 ml Cream
- Cream stiffener
Decoration
- Mini Mars bars
- Chocolate shavings
- Candy hearts
preparation
- Heat the cream in a saucepan and break in the caramel bars and dissolve. Do not bring the cream to a boil. It takes a little patience until everything is resolved. Let the cream cool down a bit and put it in the fridge overnight.
Assemble the cake
- Beat the chocolate cream firmly with the whipped cream. Place the lower Viennese base on a cake plate and brush with 1/3 of the chocolate cream, place the second base on top and brush with 2/3 of the cream. Now put on the last floor and cover the edge and lid with cream.
Decoration
- Now decorate with the rest of the cream, mini Mars bar, hearts and chocolate flakes or just as you like;) Now let the cake stand in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
