- 4 piece Fresh chicory
- 8 NS. Butter cheese
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 300 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 8 tbsp White wine
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg

- 60 g Parmesan
