My Favorite Salad

  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Salt and pepper

Aside from that

  • Balsamic cream
  1. Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce,
  1. Mix a vinagrette, press the clove of garlic through the press and finely chop the onion, and make the lamb’s lettuce, place on a plate.
