Beans with Turkey and Naked
The perfect beans with turkey and naked recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mashed potatoes
- 1 kg Peeled waxy potatoes
- 20 g Butter
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 1 .prise Freshly grated nutmeg, salt
Beans
- 500 g Beans green fresh
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Turkey schnitzel and naked people
- 2 Pc. Turkey schnitzel
- 3 piece Naked or puffy or woolly sausages
- 0,5 liter Milk for pickling the sausages
Potato puree
- Prepare red hollow rolls and mashed potatoes as instructed in my cookbook
Beans
- Clean the beans, so cut off a piece at the front and a piece at the back. Bring to the boil in a saucepan with a little salt. Cook the beans in it until they are a little softer.
- Then rinse in cold water, heat a little butter in a pan and add the beans. And some breadcrumbs, if you like.
Turkey schnitzel
- Fry in a pan with a little rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Naked, puffy or woolly sausages
- Soak in milk about 15 minutes beforehand. Then brown in the pan. Serve everything together with the mashed potatoes and beans.
