Greek Meatballs

- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- Pepper
- Salt
- Grate the potato. Chop the onion. Add minced meat and stir. Then add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Form small balls and fry them in a pan.
