Ingredients
Greek meatballs, housewife style
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 medium Fresh onion
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Chilli flakes
- Oil for frying when you make it in the pan
Instructions
- Put the ground beef in a bowl and push it apart with a fork so that it forms a hollow. Beat the egg and add it.
- Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a little chilli flakes
- Cut the onion into rings or strips and fry well in the pan.
- Chop the parsley and garlic and mix well.
- Then add the chopped herb mixture to the minced meat and mix everything well again.
- Bring the mixture into shape and let it steep for 20 minutes
- Either prepare on the grill or fry in a pan with little fat or oil.
- A fresh tomato salad tastes really good with it! ENJOY YOUR MEAL
