Greek meatballs, housewife style

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium-sized Egg
  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium-sized Fresh onion
  • 2 Toes Fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oil for frying when you make it in the pan
  1. Put the ground beef in a bowl and push it apart with a fork so that it forms a hollow. Beat the egg and add it.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a little chilli flakes
  3. Cut the onion into rings or strips and fry well in the pan.
  4. Chop the parsley and garlic and mix well.
  5. Then add the chopped herb mixture to the minced meat and mix everything well again.
  6. Bring the mixture into shape and let it steep for 20 minutes
  7. Either prepare on the grill or fry in a pan with little fat or oil.
  8. A fresh tomato salad tastes really good with it! ENJOY YOUR MEAL
