Ingredients
 

Greek meatballs, housewife style

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium Fresh onion
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oil for frying when you make it in the pan

Instructions
 

  • Put the ground beef in a bowl and push it apart with a fork so that it forms a hollow. Beat the egg and add it.
  • Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a little chilli flakes
  • Cut the onion into rings or strips and fry well in the pan.
  • Chop the parsley and garlic and mix well.
  • Then add the chopped herb mixture to the minced meat and mix everything well again.
  • Bring the mixture into shape and let it steep for 20 minutes
  • Either prepare on the grill or fry in a pan with little fat or oil.
  • A fresh tomato salad tastes really good with it! ENJOY YOUR MEAL
