Warm Asparagus Salad with Ham
The perfect warm asparagus salad with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh asparagus
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 100 ml Riesling
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tsp Mustard
- Seasoned Salt
- 3 tbsp Spring onion green
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- Peel the asparagus. Cut into 3 cm pieces.
- Put the white wine, a thick lemon wedge, 1 teaspoon mustard and plenty of herb salt in a saucepan, fill up with water and bring to the boil
- Cook the asparagus al dente.
- Mix the remaining mustard with the juice of half a lemon, sugar, the steak pepper and the oil.
- Roughly chop the spring onion greens and ham.
- Add the hot asparagus pieces to the dressing, mix in the ham and onion greens.
- It certainly tastes cold too …
