Warm Asparagus Salad with Ham

The perfect warm asparagus salad with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh asparagus
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 100 ml Riesling
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tsp Mustard
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 3 tbsp Spring onion green
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  1. Peel the asparagus. Cut into 3 cm pieces.
  2. Put the white wine, a thick lemon wedge, 1 teaspoon mustard and plenty of herb salt in a saucepan, fill up with water and bring to the boil
  3. Cook the asparagus al dente.
  4. Mix the remaining mustard with the juice of half a lemon, sugar, the steak pepper and the oil.
  5. Roughly chop the spring onion greens and ham.
  6. Add the hot asparagus pieces to the dressing, mix in the ham and onion greens.
  7. It certainly tastes cold too …
