My Cooked Cheese
The perfect my cooked cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Harzer cheese
- 200 g Processed cheese – the soft one in the mug
- 200 g Sour cream
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- Melt the butter slowly. Cut the Harz cheese into small cubes. Add Harzer and processed cheese to the butter and allow to melt while stirring. When a creamy mass is created, sprinkle with baking soda and stir until the bubbles are gone. Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the sour cream. You can also make it with caraway seeds.
