Salad: Chicken Salad with Asparagus

The perfect salad: chicken salad with asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Boiled chicken
  • 5 Poles Asparagus
  • 1 size Orange
  • 1 Tl Chopped walnuts
  • 2 El Good majo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • My poultry was well seasoned, so I didn’t need much
  1. Wash and peel the asparagus and cut into wafer-thin slices
  2. Peel and fillet half of the orange, stir the juice of the other half with the majo until smooth. Add salt and pepper
  3. Chop the chicken and place in a bowl. Add the walnuts and asparagus and pour the orange majo over it. Let stand for a while to pull through. This is a salad that can be prepared very quickly and is very tasty to my liking.
