Salad: Chicken Salad with Asparagus
The perfect salad: chicken salad with asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Boiled chicken
- 5 Poles Asparagus
- 1 size Orange
- 1 Tl Chopped walnuts
- 2 El Good majo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- My poultry was well seasoned, so I didn’t need much
- Wash and peel the asparagus and cut into wafer-thin slices
- Peel and fillet half of the orange, stir the juice of the other half with the majo until smooth. Add salt and pepper
- Chop the chicken and place in a bowl. Add the walnuts and asparagus and pour the orange majo over it. Let stand for a while to pull through. This is a salad that can be prepared very quickly and is very tasty to my liking.
