Vegan: Onion – Carrot – Side Dish
The perfect vegan: onion – carrot – side dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 size Onions
- 4 size Carrots
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth *
- 2 tsp Ground pepper
- Peel the onions, peel the carrots thinly (if necessary at all).
- Slice the onions and carrots, I’ll do that with my genius.
- Heat a good dash of oil in a pan, sear the grated / grated vegetables in the oil and season with the vegetable stock.
- We ate mashed potatoes and fried veggie sausages with it.
