Vegan: Onion – Carrot – Side Dish

The perfect vegan: onion – carrot – side dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Onions
  • 4 size Carrots
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth *
  • 2 tsp Ground pepper
  1. Peel the onions, peel the carrots thinly (if necessary at all).
  2. Slice the onions and carrots, I’ll do that with my genius.
  3. Heat a good dash of oil in a pan, sear the grated / grated vegetables in the oil and season with the vegetable stock.
  4. We ate mashed potatoes and fried veggie sausages with it.
